Dental 365 Clinic recently concluded a special event on December 16, 2024 – a visit and knowledge exchange session with faculty and students from New Mexico State University, USA. The event was part of the “Happy Smiles, Healthy Bodies: International Service Learning” program, marking a new milestone in international cooperation in education and healthcare.

From early morning, the atmosphere at Dental 365 Clinic was lively and filled with anticipation for the special guests from afar. Mr. Nguyễn Việt Anh, Director of Global Dental 365 JSC, along with our team of doctors and staff, had thoroughly prepared to welcome the distinguished delegation. As the bus carrying the professors and students arrived at the clinic’s gate, warm smiles and friendly handshakes kicked off a vibrant day of cultural and academic exchange.
The visit began with a welcome speech by Mr. Nguyễn Việt Anh, who provided an overview of Vietnam’s healthcare system and the role of Dental 365 in the field of dentistry. Under the bright lights of the conference room, his words were clear and inspiring, laying the groundwork for a fruitful exchange session to follow.

Following the introduction, the delegation was guided through a tour of the clinic facilities. With curiosity and interest, they explored each functional room, observing our doctors in action. Modern equipment such as the 3Shape 3D scanner and advanced dental chairs especially drew the group’s attention.
Beyond touring, students had the opportunity to directly observe various dental procedures such as tartar removal, teeth whitening, and orthodontic treatments. The doctors’ precise and meticulous techniques impressed the visiting students, who eagerly asked questions that were enthusiastically answered by the Dental 365 team—fostering a lively and engaging learning environment.
A highlight of the event was the Q&A session at the end. In an open and welcoming setting, professors and students sat down with our doctors to delve deeper into topics of clinical practice and cultural perspectives on healthcare in both countries. Topics ranged from workforce training and clinic operations to the differences in dental care between Vietnam and the U.S.—sparking insightful, candid conversations and new perspectives.
The visit concluded with speeches by Mr. Elmer Gonzales, Head of the New Mexico State University delegation, and Ms. Kiki Zou, representative of Asia Pacific Academic. They expressed heartfelt thanks to Dental 365 for our warm hospitality, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Mr. Gonzales emphasized that the event was not only an educational opportunity but also a cultural bridge between two nations.
Before departing, the students and faculty received small, meaningful Vietnamese souvenirs and took group photos to commemorate their memorable visit to Dental 365. The joyful smiles and heartfelt goodbyes were a clear testament to the success of the program.
