• “Comprehensive Examination and Cleaning” Voucher – Value: 500,000 VND
  • Services: Basic examination and free dental scaling.
  • Actual Value: 500,000 VND.
• “Discount Voucher – 100,000 VND”
  • Service: A direct 100,000 VND discount on the total service cost at the clinic.
• “Discount Voucher – 200,000 VND”
  • Service: A direct 200,000 VND discount on the total service cost at the clinic.
• “Discount Voucher – 300,000 VND”
  • Service: A direct 300,000 VND discount on the total service cost at the clinic.

2. Voucher Terms of Use

1. Usage Limit: Each voucher is valid for one-time use by a single customer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Scope of Application:
   • The “Comprehensive Examination and Cleaning” voucher is valid only for a basic examination and dental scaling.
   • The discount vouchers of 100,000 VND, 200,000 VND, and 300,000 VND apply as direct discounts on the total service bill at the clinic.
3. Validity Period: Each voucher has a specific expiration date printed on it. Please check the expiration date before visiting the clinic.
4. Usage Policy: Vouchers can be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. Each customer is allowed to use only one voucher per visit.
